Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address within Australia, and your shipping cost will depend on your location and Post Code. Some locations are more expensive to ship to, and remote locations will incur a remote location charge. There are also some restrictions on some island locations. Contact us for details if you are unsure. Shipping overseas will incur all overseas shipping charges, plus any destination taxes and charges. Shipping will need to be quoted in all cases, so talk to us for your best options.
Accessories purchased are packaged together, and shipping is calculated based on the total order $ value. There is a ceiling value for this, and once above that ceiling value, then it will be calculated based on Postcode and size.
Your Scooters are shipped via courier (usually Team Global Express or Toll Ipec, but not limited to these 2), and will require a signature when delivered, unless we instruct them to leave it without requiring a signature. Please provide a physical delivery address when you are placing your order and details of where to leave your delivery if there is a chance that no-one will be there to sign for it. If there are no alternative instructions given, and no-one is there to sign for it, the couriers will take it back to their depot and charge a further delivery fee of at least $43.00 plus GST for its redelivery, further delaying its delivery by 2-3 days. This additional charge is not built into the pricing, and we will be required to recover it from you prior to approving re-delivery. To avoid this please give clear instructions re ATL (Authority to Leave) delivery if there is a chance you will not be there.
Smaller Parts and Accessories can be shipped via Australia Post so a postal address is OK here.
When your Scooter arrives, it will require some final assembly. This includes putting one or both wheels on, and the handlebars in place and tightening them. Plus you will need to check the brakes are in place and working properly. An assembly instruction sheet or online assembly video will be included with each scooter brand and model, but if you have any concerns, then paying a small fee to a Bike shop, to check everything for you, is great piece of mind.
Returns Policy
You may return new, or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is as a result of our error, ie. you received an incorrect or defective item, then we will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days of the parcel arriving back in our warehouse, and being inspected for validation of return reason. Please allow an extra day or 2 for the refund to pass from our Bank to yours.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us through our contact us form on the website, or directly by phone. We’ll talk you through the return processes, and then also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
