Replace and Repair Policy

This Refund, Return and Repair Policy is applicable to purchases made via or directly from Scooters Mart’s warehouse based in Narangba, Brisbane.  Any reselling agencies may have different return policies, so please check theirs out as well.

At Scooters Mart Online we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

We therefore recommend you read these policies prior to you making a purchase, so that you are familiar with our procedures and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, or that you collect from the Scooters Marts store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Change of Mind vs Money back Guarantee

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

We do however offer a Money back guarantee if you have tried your scooter at least 4 times, and have not found any improvement in your fitness, strength, or enjoyment. In this case we will refund your product purchase price less the cost of the return freight.  This can be organised through us, as we can offer you account pricing rather than casual freight pricing. All you need to do is re-package it into the same box it arrived in, and then contact us.

If the products are damaged in transit or are faulty in any way, then we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation, covering the cost of any repair or replacement parts, or where necessary offering a replacement product or refunding the full purchase price, and covering the cost of returning it to our warehouse.

We believe our Refund, Repair and Return policy are equal to, or better than the Australian Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law.  If not then the later will be the minimum applied. Refer to Consumer Guarantees for more information.

Goods Damaged In Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Scooters Mart Online will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to a Scooters Mart Store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.


Refunds will be processed by Scooters Mart and will normally be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned product, and inspection for validation of return reason. 

Delivery Charges

Where Scooters Mart considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Scooters Mart will be at Scooters Mart’s cost.

Returns and Repairs

If the cost of the return freight is your responsibility, then you may return the goods we have delivered to through your own courier or, using our courier by contacting our Customer Service Team.

You may also contact or attend the Scooters Mart Store where you collected your goods, or where your goods were dispatched from, and a Scooters Mart staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
